THE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS


  • 2 cups of flour (around 260 grams): 436 Kcal
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder: 300 Kcal
  • 1 and a half cups of whole milk: 335 Kcal
  • 2 large of beaten eggs: 324 Kcal
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter: 1800 Kcal
  • 1/4 cup of olive or vegetable oil: 225 Kcal
  • 3/4 cup of granulated sugar: 290 Kcal



                                 PREPARATION
  1. Preheat the oven 200 centigrades.
  2. Mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl
  3. Mix the liquid ingredients in another bowl
  4. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ones and mix no more than 15 seconds because too much time can result on hard muffins
  5. Spoon the batter into de muffin
  6. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips onto the top of the muffins and transfer to the oven inmediately
