THE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of flour (around 260 grams): 436 Kcal
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder: 300 Kcal
- 1 and a half cups of whole milk: 335 Kcal
- 2 large of beaten eggs: 324 Kcal
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter: 1800 Kcal
- 1/4 cup of olive or vegetable oil: 225 Kcal
- 3/4 cup of granulated sugar: 290 Kcal
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven 200 centigrades.
- Mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl
- Mix the liquid ingredients in another bowl
- Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ones and mix no more than 15 seconds because too much time can result on hard muffins
- Spoon the batter into de muffin
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips onto the top of the muffins and transfer to the oven inmediately
