3- What do I do well? Copy the vocabulary.
4- What am I confused about? Some musical exercises.
5- What do I need help with? Nothing. 
6- What do I do in English and/or Music outside the class? English classes.
7- What do I need to improve? Play the recorder.
8- What did I learn about culture? I don´t remember.
9- What about Marcos (Music teaching and so on)? He is a good teacher but i don´t like the subject of música.
